CBN, Ltd. provides a network of qualified business resources, property management guidelines, research on legal questions regarding the Illinois Condominium Property Act, general information and referrals pertaining to condo associations.
The Condominium Business Resource (Directory) is our PRINTed directory that is published bi-annually by Condominium Business Network, Ltd.. It contains listings and advertisements by qualified professionals and service contractors. The (Directory) has been mailed twice a year (@ 20,000 pieces total) to Board Members, Unit Owners and Managing Agents of more than 5,000 condo associations throughout the Chicago area since 1990. Beginning in 2010, however, our Condominium Business Resource Directory will also be mailed to every Unit Owner, Board Member, Committee Member and Manager in DUPAGE County. Annually we will be reaching, in PRINT, approximately 100,000 Condominium Unit Owner/Residents and Managers through mailings and distribution.
