As you can tell from the cover sheet (above), our copy contains the Act plus other pertinent laws relating to condominiums in the state of Illinois. Our publication is approximately 82 pages, comes in a 8 1/2" X 11" format, three hole punched for easy insertion into a binder so that you can put all of your notes on pages in between. The Act is updated every November when any new laws take effect.
